About Noel Spencer Noel has a Master of Business Administration degree from St. John's University specializing in International Finance. He also received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University majoring in Accounting and Finance. At Pace, Noel was elected President of the Evening Students Association. Noel's wife Patricia graduated Howard University, Washington DC and is now an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon practicing in New York City at Columbia University. For the past 3½ years, Noel has managed his financial services firm in the village of Chester. The firm specializes in Income Taxes, College Planning, Estate Planning, mortgages, and Life Insurance.
